Communications that occur entirely outside the platform should be retained according to your firm’s existing compliance policies.

How does the baseline and append backup process work?

The first export creates a baseline archive of everything available. After that, the exporter runs incremental (append) exports to keep the archive current without duplication.

If you desire, you can always run a new baseline export from the app dashboard.

What is Cloud-to-Cloud export

Rather than requiring a manual process, or maintaining records on a physical device, this record exporter will send files to your cloud data platform.

Where does my archive get stored after export?

Once exported, records live independently of your fidUlink AI instance — archived in the cloud location you choose and accessible without platform access.

Supported endpoints include:

Google Drive

Dropbox

ShareFile

Other compatible cloud storage providers using the WebDAV protocol

ComConnect File Sync (recommended for regulated retention)

Records do not remain only inside the marketing platform. They are duplicated to your compliant data storage platform.

Are your plans customized?

The record export system itself is designed to be "set and forget." You can pick the end point that you use for compliant data storage to store the files.

Do I need a large investment to work with you?

No.

The record exporter is included in the fidUlink AI platform. ComConnect File Sync users can also use this system for no charge. It will come installed and configured on your platform.

Other end points can be used for a modest cost.

If you would like us to manage the end point for you, we are happy to do so. Your records will be stored in a delete-protected WORM server environment that is distributed across the world in private data centers.

What happens if an export is interrupted?

If an export is interrupted, the Export Dashboard allows you to resume processing without restarting the entire export.

The system tracks status at the batch level, and incomplete exports can be resumed or reviewed as needed.

Can I see what has been exported?

Yes.

The Export Dashboard shows:

You can also use the built-in Viewer to search, filter, and validate exported records.

Can my compliance team review records without accessing the marketing platform?

Yes.

Once exported, records live in the destination archive and can be reviewed independently of fidUlink AI or High Level. This supports internal supervision and audit workflows without granting platform access.

The purpose of this app is to get the records into your complaint record keeping system.

Does the system have a copy of my data?

No.

The system is designed to pass your data from the fidUlink AI platform (or other High Level platform) to your record keeping platform. No data is stored in our system.

If you use our Managed Services package those files are stored in our FINRA/SEC compliant file system.

Your data is always viewable using our built in reader. We can share a direct copy of your stored files with you upon request and in the event of an audit.

Does this replace my firm’s existing compliance tools?

No.

The exporter is designed to complement your firm’s existing compliance processes and tools, not replace them. It focuses specifically on capturing and exporting communication records so they can be reviewed, retained, and supervised appropriately.
