The Compliant Record Exporter automatically copies relevant communication records from your fidUlink AI / High Level environment to a third-party cloud storage destination.

This is a cloud-to-cloud transfer not a local download and not a manual process.

Once configured, exports run on an ongoing basis and create a separate archive that can be reviewed independently of your marketing platform.

When first enabled, the exporter performs an initial baseline export, creating a complete historical archive of available communication records.


After that, it switches to an append-only process exporting only new or updated records going forward.

If needed, you can create a new baseline with the click of a button.
